I highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are clean, modern and very spacious, the staff made us feel very welcomed,and they were very knowledgeable about the area,which was a plus as a first visitor to NOLA. everything was in walking distance. I will surely stay here again.

The location of this property is very nice. The bar area is stellar. I believe the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned and not only vacuumed. There were stains in the carpet.

Check your receipts after check out I got a gift shop charge of 35$ no one got back to me about refund. Other than that the property is clean nice and bar area as you check in you can enjoy nice view.

Beautiful hotel! We loved the evening happy hour — the food and drinks were delicious, and it was a great perk to be able to use the hotel credits toward them. The location couldn’t be better! We didn’t realize how close it was to the Riverwalk and French Quarter until we got there. The hotel is connected to the Galleria, which made shopping super convenient. We parked in the garage (there’s a daily fee), and it worked out fine. Definitely bring comfortable walking shoes — there’s so much to explore nearby! The hotel is also close to a trolley stop, which made it easy for us to visit the Garden District. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

Good location. Very friendly staff. I just wanted coffee and done pastries for breakfast but this was not one of the choices so I had to look for it outside the hotel. Cleaning of the room during my 5 day stay was minimal but offered if requested. The hotel has a very nice lounge and bar area. Always lively. Reliable valet parking service
