Our Stay at the Virgin Hotel – New Orleans Our experience at the Virgin Hotel was amazing! It was our first time staying at one of their franchise locations, and it definitely left a great impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—greeting us every time we entered or left the hotel. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they even allowed us to check in early—at 10:35 AM! That was a huge plus. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. There’s a full grocery store and a CVS just a block away, which made things super easy. Most of our Lyft rides around the city were under $10, so getting around was affordable too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans!

Great hotel too many hidden fees

Hotel and accommodation were lovely. However room was never cleaned during my entire stay. We told them to clean it late on one day which turned into them not cleaning at all. Several additional fees charges and over charged to our card. 2 weeks later we’re still disputing charges.

If I could give less than one star 🌟 I would. So my wife are currently staying at Virgin Hotel. We have been here for 3 days and have yet to be able to get into the pool!!!! When I say ghetto I literally mean ghetto. We wasn't able to even get a toe into the pool. Whether we came when they open at 10:00 or anytime throughout the day. I found a manager and expressed my concern that it’s certainly not fair that not everyone gets to enjoy the pool. The manager told me majority of the people in the pool were not guest but rather people who brought a day pass to access the pool and roof top. The whole pool was with so many people with next to nothing on. This pool is not kid friendly!!!! The theme of the hotel is pretty cool and it’s close to bourdon and canal so there you have it.

The property was clean staff was amazing very helpful. The area was very walkable to the French quarter and amazing dining options. Only negative was the bed was to soft ,but besides that amazing property.
