Two bathrooms, a laundry room, a large fully modernized kitchen, a large fully furnished living room and a den. Large backyard with 9-foot deep pool. Six miles from famous New Orleans French Quarter. Chalmette battleground site of the 1812 Battle of New Orleans approximately 1.5 miles. Val Riess baseball complex 2 miles. Gateway to the greatest fishing grounds in America. (Owner's unit attached to main house, used by owner's when in town. This is not part of VRBO rental)

All rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds, sofa and furniture was in good shape and well organized. The neighborhood was quiet and close enough to downtown to be close but far enough away to be away from the noise and traffic so we could relax. Next trip to NOLA we will try to stay at this property. Also, the owners were easy to talk to and communicated with us before we arrived to make the “check in” an easy process.

We take a family trip ever couple of years this year was New Orleans. The Cozy corner was just the place we were looking for in a quiet neighborhood it had all amenities we needed 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms the kitchen was very well equipped and the pool in the back was the icing on the cake it was nice for our outside activities. The host was also very nice and called me the night before to go over the keyless lock code and to see if.i needed any help with anything else

Plenty of Room

Our family had plenty of room enjoyed being at our rental-we were able to get in and out of New Orleans very easily. The owner was very communicative on all steps of the process, including why we were in the rental, letting us know what was going on.

The house was perfect! The pool was perfect and our host absolutely fantastic. It is in a great location to go to the French Quarter, close to a nice park, and generally in a good neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful. My son had a flat tire when we went to leave out our first morning here. Our host told us a tire shop was near by, we went to J.LE tire shop and it was super fast and affordable. When we come back to New Orleans, we will definitely try to book this house again!

Quiet Place

My mother recently passed so I was honored to stand in her place at my little cousins High-school graduation. I chose this place because of its vicinity, and the ambience of the pictures. When I arrived, everything was exactly as the Internet express. I was able to be at peace. The place was spotless. One thing that I would change is that I known there was only one TV, I would’ve brought my own. Having to share video games along with TV time was challenging. The swimming pool made up for it. I wish the weather was a little bit warmer, but it still was great. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely book the property again. Thank you for sharing your home.

The house was excellent, clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool area is nice to relax by. Pool is older. We loved the location and easy access to French Quarter. We took taci to parade given the crowds. The owner was very helpful giving us suggestions. We had a wonderful time here.

Great home

The house was very comfortable to stay at. Neighborhood was good. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was large and fit us all. It was in a great location for many popular sights. The best part was the host! He was so helpful getting us where we needed to go as we arrived I. The middle of the unprecedented snow storm. He helped us get to the hose without hitting blocked roads and bridges. I know he saved us from getting lost! He was so helpful with restaurants and places to see. Definitely would recommend this home if you want to see NOLA.

As Advertised with some Caveats

Our family enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. The house was very clean and the beds were excellent. Overall, the immediate neighborhood was solid. There were vehicles and boats in driveway so the parking was limited but we only had one vehicle, so it wasn’t a problem for us. We are people who eat in, so I’d suggest upgrading the cookware. Although, in this town, we ate out a lot,of course!
