Very nice stay- 3 nights and I had no issues. I opted for the king suite which was very ample and nice amenities. I was on a higher floor, so I had a nice view of the activities on Canal Street. Staff were always professional and super friendly. I would definitely book again with Wyndham New Orleans-French Quarter.

It is been more than 3 weeks that I was asked with a $150 deposit for the hotel that it was promised that was going to be reimbursed in 8-10 business days from my bank and at this moment, I still do not have it. At the exit they said that I was going to receive an invoice by email and I never received it. The price I did my reservation does not match with was I was charged (even considering the $25 extra fees daily, but still the numbers do not check).

The staff are excellent!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean!! Air conditioner works great!! The restaurant is delicious!! The location couldn’t be better. I honestly can’t think of a single thing to complain about.
