Room was excellent with a wonderful view of the sea. Balcony was spacious and relaxing. Room had everything we needed for our two night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is limited on premise but also available right across the street. We luckily got a spot at the hotel. Would highly recommend this accommodation - especially to book the penthouse suite.

One of the nicer hotels in New Plymouth. Clean, well maintained, attentive staff and service. Down by the waterfront and easily accessible to the restaurants and bars around the township. Will definitely book this again for our next trip

Hotel is very convenient for what we wanted. Staff were ok but a bit off hand. No mention of a room upgrade or any other benefits ($18) credit. Room was freezing and unable to operate remote to warm it. Toilet had staining and sink was cracked
