When the first couple arrived the cleaning lady was still there and they were not able to check in until 5:00, which was an hour late. She apologized for not being able to mop, which is gross. She also left trash in the trash cans outside that stunk terribly, and left laundry in trash bags on the deck. The furniture was broken, if you tried to recline it went sideways. The air hockey table and foosball table were broken. We ran out of propane after the first burger was cooked on Friday night, we had to get our own for Saturday. The hot tub quit bubbling on Saturday. Our friend has terminal cancer so we did not complain while we were there as we did not want to disrupt her stay. They should not advertise things that do not work and they really should hire a better cleaning company. It was not worth the money and I would not recommend. I will stick to renting from personal owners and not companies, they just don't care about people or the properties.
