I hate to list of negatives, but this is a list of our experience with this property. I know that many people do not always take care of a rental and some abuses the property and contents. However others should not do without for those.1. 3 pool tags only in the room-had 4 people2. Only 1 parking pass for 2 vehicles-tow signs everywhere3. Only 4 washcloths for 4 people for a week. We purchased some at our expense4. Only 6 towels for 4 people for a week and one of those was dirty from the last rental5. No laundry basket6. Spare bath had a light out making it dark to use7/Living room furniture is in very poor condition, uncomfortable and stained-looks nasty8.Cleanliness of the room when we arrived was poor-kitchen table was greasy when we arrived.9. Water pressure throughout the unit is very poor from kitchen to bathrooms with limited hot water10.Ice maker in fridge only worked a couple of days and quit.11. Communication lacked a lot of details about the checking in, listing check-out details. Did not get the info about codes to door, beach access, etc. until requesting.12. I know I have been totally negative but this was what we experienced. I know again that many renters do not consider that setting on furniture with suntan lotion all over them is wrong and it destroys furniture, etc. but that is part of rentals. That also goes to how bad the cookware was in the unit-old and worn out. Not much to use-we had to purchase a pizza pan just to have something to cook it
