Lovely time with family

The condo had everything we needed. We use the pool every day.. We took long walks on the beach every day, and played in the surf. I went with my 90-year-old mother, my sister, and my daughter. We had a great time.

Beautiful place to stay!

This property was just as pictured. Very clean upon arrival, nice location in the complex and easy to park and get around. Appreciated some spice and pantry staples, as well as some paper products. Could not get laundry key to work anywhere, but found an open laundry room to use. We were very satisfied with this property..would stay again.

The condo was Perfect!

The condo and grounds were more than what we were hoping for. The pools are large and the ocean was spectacular! The unit is very nicely furnished and perfect size for my large family. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook all of our meals there. We would definitely stay in this unit again. :)

Fun family time at NSB

We stayed at this beautiful condo for a few days with our two boys and two pups. The unit is updated nicely and the beds were comfortable. I loved that we were able to check in early for a small fee. We did not get any construction noise during our stay from Th-Sun. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with supplies to cook if you choose. No water dispenser on the fridge just so if you are picky about water bring bottled.

It was clean and nice would come back

I’m confused by the listing. Said pull out couch ? My son 6 ft tall had to sleep there it was our impression that it slept into a bed ??? Also shower in master bath it drips very loudly tried several things to get it to stop

Great Kitchen in this Cute Condo

What a great condo! Excellent views of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom. I loved being able to see the ocean while relaxing on the Master bedroom bed. My favorite part of this condo was the kitchen. Loved the wood ceiling and the colorful backsplash, as well as the painted cabinets in the kitchen. We cooked all of our meals here and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. My teenagers spent the days riding the waves and playing in the two large pools. My husband and walked on the beach in the evening and early morning and were content relaxing in the sun deck lounge chairs that face the ocean. Great mini-vacation for the entire family!

Pros and Cons

Pros: Location, comfortable beds, couch was comfortable.Cons: A glass pan still had food on it and was put in the cabinet that way. The door was tricky to unlock and open. You had to pull the door toward you for it to unlock. There was sand on the floor, not that you could see, you could feel it on your bare feet. This was when we first checked in. It cost 10 to wash and dry the towels. That is ridiculous! The cooktop is cracked and needs to be replaced. The storm door needs to either be adjusted or replaced.

Overall nice stay

The condo was nice overall. The family room and bedrooms were well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was also fine...the cabinets and fridge were older, but clean. The cabinets and closets were well stocked with necessities. My only complaint is with the bathrooms. They could both use some TLC. The main shower has quite a bit of mildew or mold. The water does not drain well and ends up pooling in the bottom of the shower. There was also a mildew issue in the second bathroom. Some updating to both of the bathrooms would improve the overall experience at the condo.

It was wonderful that they had grocery carts so you could load and unload so helpful. Wish they had a recliner in the living room. Pool manager was super he was alway saying hello . Everyone was so nice . Also the bed in the master bedroom then mattress needs to be turned. Other than that everything was super

Beautiful condo even after Hurricane Ian

My family had to be in New Smyrna Beach for family reasons despite Hurricane Ian having just passed through 4 days before. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It was very sad to see the hurricane damage, especially not being able to access the beach from the property. But the cozy condo made an otherwise stressful trip manageable. Our only complaint was that we found the mattresses a little too firm.

Great Vacation

Enjoy our vacation very much. This time of year was great! The condo was not crowded. We had both pools to our selves several days. The beach was not crowded either. Our place was beautiful. It was clean and the grounds were so well maintained. We would highly recommend staying at Seacoast Gardens III in 312. The only problem we experienced was no washcloths and no ironing board.

Great June Vacation

We loved the condo and had a terrific time. We really liked that it comfortably slept 6 and it had every amenity you can think of. It was super pet friendly and the host even left dog treats! We booked the same unit for next summer before we left! Loved it!

Well worth our stay

The home was very tastefully decorated and had everything you needed at hand. There were several beach chairs to borrow if you needed them and even extra shampoo and conditioner. We would absolutely stay there again...

Great unit

We were fortunate to have the great cleaning tiramisu of Lisa and Veri so we walked in to a spotless unit. This condo is beautifully decorated and equipped. The complex is very nice and appears well maintained. We didn’t have great weather but with everything so accessible we could have fun around the rain.
