The condo is in a great location. It is clean and has everything you need, as far as kitchen appliances. The hot tub, swimming pool and the club house is right beside your building which is very nice. When we arrived, the heating/cooling unit was tripping the breaker. I contacted the owner and they sent someone that day. It was just a broken wire, so easy fixed. There are two entrances to the complex, each entrance has 3 gates! So take your time reading the instructions into the buildings. It can be a little confusing.

We had a great trip to NSB! the condo was so well appointed and better than the pictures which were beautiful. The quality of the linens were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook or bake and all high quality items. Very short walk to the greatest beach and also a short drive to the 2 shopping districts. There is also an incredible dog beach not far away bu car. Lovely beach town and great food!

The owners of this condo did an excellent job. Clean updated condo, plenty of linens, pillows and blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. This place deserves better than a 5 star rating.

Family getaway

We’ve stay at the Oceanwalk properties several times. Absolutely loved this unit, proximity to beach access is great, and had a well stocked storage room of beach toys and games. We had more than enough space in this unit for my wife and I, 3 sons and a daughter in law. The large outside porch area was a favorite gathering place, along with the large living room. Bed rooms are good size with a bathroom in each, and the master bedroom is huge with a bathroom full of amenities. Big fan of the Oceanwalk pools and recreation areas, along with the walking trail around the property. We will certainly look for this unit again on our next trip.

Our Happy Place

This is the second year we have stayed at Ocean Walk, and absolutely adore it. It is extremely clean, comes with all of the necessities (and then some!), and is beautifully decorated. My husband, our son and daughter, their spouses and children were all very comfortable. There had been updates made between the two stays...I love the new flooring in the three bedrooms! To be able to have a place large enough to gather as an extended family is a blessing, and the cousins had a blast playing together. The owner is very generous in sharing their beach equipment which makes traveling the short distance to the beach extremely easy. We will return.

Summer 2022 in NSB

The property was just perfect. We had everything we could possibly need
well, maybe bigger pot to cook spaghetti in but there were more than enough beach and bath towels and the storage room was chock full of chairs, etc. We actually made a quick trip back to Altamonte Springs to bring back our chairs and umbrellas and wagon. We never even used the wagon in the storage closet but the chairs were excellent. The bunk beds were great for our grandkids but posed a problem when we had adults there
that top bunk is a bear to make up and get in and out of. Just saying. The view was perfect and the location couldn’t be beat. Right near the pool and right near the beach crossing. We are booked again for next July. Cannot wait to see the fireworks again. They were spectacular right from our front deck! Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay!

#NSB2021 Post Pandemic - 12 years and running

We have been staying in Ocean Walk properties for 12 years. We would not stay anywhere else. Unit 17-605 was perfect for our growing family as we add spouses and grandchildren. The unit had all of the amenities needed for a perfect week. The equipped kitchen made cooking easy; the outdoor kitchen was perfect for our cookout; and the wall of towels, games, and books made vacay mode so convenient! Most of the adults had to work a bit and the excellent internet service along with desk areas in the bedrooms made it convenient to take care of rising problems back home without issue. The grown kids were able to "Game" simultaneously without internet lag which made the big boys happy. Streaming services available on the high number of TVs in the unit allowed everyone from 2 to 60 watch what they wanted to whether it was Disney+ or high action movies. It was literally a home away from home with all the conveniences we would want. It was simply fabulous. We are booking this unit again this fall!

New Smyrna Beach large group vacation

Oceans Walk condos are great. The 3 bedroom condo we rented was true to the pictures. The pool amenities and clubhouse were well kept. Everything was clean. Location is about 5 miles south of Flagler-so if you want to be right near the busy downtown dont recommend. We loved the quieter side of town and the beach here

What a wonderful property! We spent the month of February in this amazing condo - it is the best by far of the condos we've rented in the last 20 years. It exceeded our expectations! We have already reserved it for next year!

Best Luxury Beach Condo!

This is an extremely spacious residence across the street from the ocean. Because it's on the 6th floor (penthouse style), you have breathtaking views of the ocean from several locations within the unit. Good thing we had those views since it was a super rainy week! We loved the open floorplan with comfy seating, Keurig coffee maker, margarita maker -- that appliance initially sold us on the condo, lol --, provided beach/pool towels, and the main porch (out of 3 porches!) which has comfy seating, ocean views, and an outside fridge etc. perfect for relaxing or playing board games. The condo building and complex itself has a beautiful (heated) pool area and we met super nice residents and vacationers while hanging out in the pool. Since OceanWalk is gated and is a mix of owners and visitors the keypad and multiple gate system can be a bit tricky to master at first. Once you do it once or twice though it should be smooth sailing. We also found that coming from south of NSB, Google Maps automatically had us turn in the first entrance instead of the 2nd entrance that we needed in order to more easily access the building. It was dark so it was harder to tell if we were in the right place. Even though we didn't have beach or pool weather for the majority of the trip, the comfort, spaciousness, views, and amenities provided by the condo made our family trip a truly enjoyable one. We'd definitely stay in this condo again when visiting NSB!

Great Beach Condo

This unit is very spacious, well laid out with an open design and both a large main patio and small private patio. The kitchen was well equipped and overall very clean. We rented this unit because it advertised as sleeping 10, however with 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full sized bunks and 1 twin pull out, that only sleeps 9, so our 10th person has to sleep on the couch in the living room. Loved having a beautiful swimming pool on property to give an alternative to the beach. The owners storage closet had everything we needed...beach chairs, an umbrella (unfortunately broken), a carrying cart, cooler, boogie boards & small buckets & toys for little ones. While Great Ocean Condos is good about communicating, their communication can be intimidating and overwhelming as you receive 17 pages of rules & regulations. In addition, some of their instructions conflict between different communications. Overall however, the accommodations were great and we would consider returning.

Luxury at a reasonable price!

This penthouse condo is remarkable. It was immaculately clean when we arrived! The accommodations are top of the line and thoughtful to the vacationers every need. We had everything we needed including basic supplies, beach towels, and beach items including use of chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart to carry it all to the beach via a deeded walkway. We made use of the pool, the theater room, and underground parking included with the complex. And I need to mention the awesome patio and view of the ocean. It may not be ocean front but the view makes it feel that way! My only wish is for a table and chairs on the patio to enjoy some meals out there. Thanks for allowing us to vacation in this wonderful condo, it made our trip that much better!

Fantastic unit and property

The unit was perfect, very nicely furnished had all the comforts of home. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The property is very nicely keep and secure. I would highly recommend this unit and property. 5 stars!!!
