必須給飯店的服務100個讚！ 每個角落都有服務人員，並且及時做出方向指引，晚上出去買東西，出去才發現下雨，服務人員及時地上雨傘，超級貼心的！晚上11點半兒子忘記帶耳塞，服務人員說酒店耳塞用完了，還專程幫忙出去買，這服務真的超出預期，大推這個飯店！下次還會去入住的。

事後覺得不錯 但當下 入住就排隊很久 要一個小時 ，3位櫃檯人員處理 但也要等很久，聽說 晚餐也無法 因客滿 ，台灣的人可能沒有地方去 包括我們家3人 也是 ，太誇張了 住滿

可能是新飯店，在餐飲餐廳還需要加強，因爲在用餐時間長會出現缺菜或沒來的及補菜色導致應有菜品的位置沒有菜品或是來不及補菜的現像，改善後應該會加分不少。
