I went to check in at 5:30 pm the room was not ready told me to come back in an hr or so.other than that it was good receptacles. Outback needs some work. I didn’t have anywhere to plug my boat in.

Good but no breakfast as advertised.

Nice place to stay. Advertised free breakfast at 5:00 am. It was closer to 5:30. Then after the 6:00 rush they ran out of hot food and people were waiting for more to be made. We finally just left and picked up breakfast down the road. Don't advertise amenities that are not provided.

Not as advertised or promoted.

Employees ran between lil Missouri and Teddy's across the parking lot. Very short staffed and the excuse used for everyting. I called ahead to be sure they had a pool - and they did but it's been closed for maintenance for over a yr. No laundry facilities on-site but you could hibyo Teddy's Sign in the breakfast area. Monday thru Friday 6-9am Saturday and Sunday 6-10am. AGAIN NOT THE CASE. i was told - maybe we should take the sign down! MAYBE? A little late as we had just missed breakfast. Our keurig coffee pot didn't work. Waited 4 days for a replacememt. Same with the alarm clock - exposed wires. Room maintenance had to be requested & even then our room didn't make it on the list. Wonderful walk in shower. Again all safety measures ignored. Not one grab bar in the bathroom or shower area. We have stayed at several hotels during renovations and never ecperienced anytimg like this. After traveling all night we artived at the hotel early about 1:30pm- checkin was at 3. For an add'l $50 we could check-in early. We had prepaid but still had to supply a credit card for "possible damages" to the room and this was not communicated in a courteous manner. Needless to say lots of fslse advertising but no way to get any funds refunded.

Very nice place! Had to go across the parking lot to sister motel to do laundry which was a pain. Had a family with kids that stayed above us, seemed like they were jumping on the beds and running around all night. But other than that, stay was good!

Property was nice however checked out two days early because of weather and general manager would not refund money for the prepaid two days. Called Expedia and they stated if general manager agreed money would be refunded and he declined. Not good customer service. Will never use this hotel again.

I would have to say the most memorable part of the stay was at Check in Mindy was so amazing she checked Myself and my family right in despite having to answer the phone and advise others they were booked. Such impeccable Customer Service we extended our stay at the Little Missouri because she was so amazing. Every Motel Needs a Mindy. Definitely 10/10
