Bed is ultra firm. Uncomfortable. No blinds or blackout curtains to keep light from coming in through windows. No soap or shampoo to use in shower.Place is in a fantastic and charming spot!
It was so cute, so clean and the host was so great. His communication was top-notch! Even texted us a whole list of recommendations. I'm sure we'll go back!!
My husband and I really enjoyed the downtown location with all the old buildings. Jason was a great host and communicated all the information we need in a timely manner. We loved that the place kept to the original charm of the building.
Apartment itself was great. Bed was comfortable, just small. Wished it was a king. Wished there were windows coverings. Nothing to sit your suitcases on. There are very steep stairs up to the unit and parking is a block and a half away. We didnât use the kitchen other than the coffee pot but it was fully functioning with everything you could have needed. Bathroom was good. We appreciate the higher toilet. Towels were plentiful for our two night stay. We had no problem with hot water. Owner was easy to contact and door code worked fine.
Property was very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. More beautiful in person. It's location is amazing, it's centrally located in the town and everything we wanted to see or do was within walking distance. Property manager was very quick to respond anytime I had questions and was very attentive and courteous. Will definitely stay again and let my family know, as they like to spend time in New Ulm also.
A newly renovated and spacious apartment located in a historic downtown building. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to Bock Fest at Schellâs Brewery. It was easy to find and the apartment was immaculate. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We recommend stopping at the 209 Bar and Grill right across the street for great food and service. We will definitely stay there again
