Bad area and a very creepy place. Don’t trust the “Good” rating in the app! This place is terrible. They provide rooms at hourly rates if that tells you anything. I’ve stayed in other neighborhoods in the Bronx and Queens and feel perfectly safe and comfortable - this was not the case! I would have cancelled and moved to a different location had it not been a no cancellation booking! The room smelled like weird left over food and it all felt so dingy and gross. Hotel pricing on app is misleading. It doesn’t show final rates including fees. I could have stayed at a better place after all fees and taxes were applied. Don’t book here!! - Run.

It’s a small hotel meant to be more for just having a place to crash after a long day in the city and I didn’t expect anything above that. It delivered and whenever there would be a small problem be it with the key card or the vending machine, the staff and security would take care of it with no issue. They were very kind and diligent throughout our entire stay. Also there were great and affordable delis and cafes within a few minutes walk and the buses would drop us off super close. We never needed a ride service or a cab. My only note is that the curtains in the room desperately, DESPERATELY, need washing as the room would smell similar to the musty movie theatre seat smell whenever we’d get back. But it’s an easy fix, we had no notes on anything else. It’s a humble hotel that could use some TLC but for what it’s worth, we enjoyed our stay and the staff made it even better.

Nothing like the pictures they have on the website

Room climate was very good. Wi-Fi was okay. Room was derty and ugly. People smoking weed and loud. I felt like I was staying in the poorest country in the world.
