The staff was absolutely lovely - Ashley was very attentive to my needs when I checled in.. Really lovely. The room was great. Spaceous, clean, and a surprisingly unexpected little balcony. Nice! Wonderful views, and quiet to boot!

Good when the prices aren’t surging, great location, pretty clean, consitent. Big hotel so service can be slow and rude at the front desk. Beds are comfy. Noisy construction two times that I’ve stayed there, so sleep wasn’t the best. Water smells funny. Shower is nice.

Absolutely not!!! Small rooms. Dirty. Thin walls so you hear the people next door. Water is brown. No central ventilation system so they have the ac/heat system on the wall that blows dust everywhere. Just disgusting.

For starters, when we arrived at the hotel after 4pm the room wasn't ready. We waited until just after 5pm before we could go to our room. The room had a very musty odor. We let it go and just went over to Target for spray since the windows don't open. Fast forward to that night....around 1am our neighbors came. The walls are paper thin and they were completely belligerent and loud. We complained to the front desk. Nothing was done. At 2:30 the noise continued. We then asked for a room change and were told no. Because the front desk told the people next door that we complained....the neighbors turned it up a notch and were louder for the next hour. Banging on the walls. The front desk did nothing. I wouldn't stay at another Aloft if somebody paid me.

April

My room was paid in full three months before I checked in. Nonetheless, three days after I checked out, my credit card was again charged by the hotel, this time for over $200 more than my original room rate. I tried to contact the hotel several times but got absolutely nowhere with staff. I am now in the process of trying to settle this directly with my credit card company. Would not stay at the hotel again.

The room was not clean. There was a stain on the sheet. I called the front desk to let her know and she tried to be helpful. Someone came up and just gave us sheets to change the bed ourselves. We called back down and apparently the room attendant didn’t know how to change sheets and no one else was around. Some of the sheets they sent up had stains on them too. It was too late to find somewhere else. We picked a sheet with no visible stains and laid on it until early in the morning and checked out early.
