The floors all through the hallway and room looked like they had never been cleaned. Visible fingerprints all around door knobs, elevators, other surfaces; it felt gross and made me concerned about germs more than one would normal. Industrial buildings surrounding the hotel, horrible view and smells. Front office staff was polite, but cleaning staff yelled, spoke, and laughed loudly outside the room early in the morning. I will never recommend this hotel. Such a waste of $
didnât like much room was okay but was dirty had gum next to the toilet on the floor our room wasnât ready so we had to wait 5 mins for another one which wasnât ready either then the key never worked so we needed to get a newer one then thr tv didnât work so i had to watch it anything and everything on my phone
This is first time ever I decided to leave a review because is such a bad experience in my life. The building looked like it was under maintenance. The room has no microwave, no coffee machine, no chair to sit, ants on the floor, 100s of dead mosquitoes in the refrigerator, no parking, cockroach in the bathroom. I took pictures of everything and showed it to the hotel staff but it seemed that they donât care. I donât understand if they were not ready to book that place why they are putting it available for people. Spoiled our trip. Would not recommend any one to fall in the trap and please save your money.
Friendly staff and convenient location, but surroundings at night might be sketchy. Uncomfortable beds, and could improve their cleanliness (you get what you paid for). Overall, good for 1-2 night stays.
This was the absolute most horrible stay I have ever experienced. Apparently the hotel is reopening from being closed after 4-5 years and you can definitely tell. There were major renovations being done on the floor we were roomed on. My guests and I saw ROACHES on FOUR different occasions. There were huge rodents outside of the establishment due to major construction being done. I was given incorrect information during check in which further proved to me this establishment was not ready for reopening. I checked out after seeing our friendly bugs in the room and contacted Expedia. The manager Chris came to the building, I explained the situation and he rectified it. Hopefully my refund will be processed in a very timely fashion but I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
