Not much to say—I requested a nice room, but was given one on the second floor with a window facing the inside restaurant. This meant I had to keep the shades down the whole time, making it feel like a bunker. For over $200, this room should have been much cheaper. Definitely not worth the price.

I'd like to give a big shoutout to the maintenance guy who was incredibly helpful and kind while addressing a water issue. The housekeeping team was made up of very nice people, and the lady at the front desk acknowledged us as we walked in every evening. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We experienced the best hospitality, and we are definitely planning to return for our trip in August.

This was a great hotel, close to everything! Very walkable area and good food options. I like the size of the room because it was bigger than most NY rooms I stayed. The staff was very pleasant. Thank you for a great stay!

I was overall disappointed. The picture online did not show the actual room. There may have been rooms nicer than what we had. A room with 2 queen bed is advertised but was told twice they did not have such a room. We did not have a coffee maker nor was asked if we would like one. An ice machine, pop machine and snack machine do not take up that much room and would have been nice instead of going out for everything. We weren't sure if the shower was disgustingly dirty or if the appearance was due to repairs. The shower curtain did not adequately keep the water in the shower.
