Let me start this off by saying my husband is a Marriott person so where ever we travel it’s where he likes to stay . We got to the hotel and our room wasn’t ready your front desk staff gave us the keys and sent us up just to find the room was open with workmen in it we had to ask our guy that’s helped us with the bags to call and ask what’s happening to hear we had to change room and go back down to get keys for a different room which I think could’ve been handled a little differently. Also we ask for a wake up call for our flight and got no such call but that’s on us to get up on time other than than hotel was great on room was clean .

Muy costoso por noche y no ofrecen ningún servicio. Tuve que hospedarme por cambio de vuelo y lo seleccioné porque no están tan lejos del aereopuerto y hay varias opciones para comer que se puede ir caminando. Pero el hotel en sí no ofrece servicio de limpieza diaria, pague por desayuno en la tarifa y tive que caminar al hotel de al lado un Farfield Marriott para buscsr el desayuno, en comparación a otros Marriott, pésimo servicio.

Room was booked for two persons. My flight got canceled by the airline , while my girlfriend showed up at the hotel to check in . The hotel refused to let her gain entry. I contacted the hotel multiple times to explain the situation and they did it wish to help at all. My girlfriend was refused and forced to scramble out in the cold New York night to find somewhere to sleep. Horrible customer service!! Called multiple times and rep advised the booking could be updated with both names through Expedia, since that is where the booking was made. Expedia rep claimed the booking was updated with both names yet my girlfriend was still refused entry. Mariott did not provide any solution for the problem but instead turned away someone from a room they booked and forced her out into cold, with no where to sleep. I've course they collected the money we paid for the booking!! DO NOT STAY HERE . They don't even answer their phones when you call. Horrible service from Marriott. I have never experienced such terrible service from Mariott in my life!

This property has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit Atlanta, and for good reason. The staff consistently delivers professional, courteous service from the moment I arrive, and the check-in process is always smooth and efficient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a reliable and relaxing stay each time. The hotel’s amenities—along with its convenient location—make it especially ideal for frequent travelers.
