The location was great! It's hard to know exactly where to stay in NYC and I've stayed in a few different areas, but this hotel is across the street from the blue line and we were able to take the subway from JFK and my daughter from Penn Station to the hotel with ease! We walked to central park, times square, shopping on 5th Ave, our Broadway show, and more! My husband and I arrived very early and we were provided a space for our bags and access to bathrooms to freshen up. As soon as a room was available, we were able to check in early. Our flight/ train was late in the day we checked out and again the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place on the UES

I Arrived at 1:45AM after a cancelled flight. The staff at the front desk were wonderful - quick and friendly and upgraded me to free breakfast for my stay as I had be somewhere at 7:30AM. The hotels’s location was perfect for walking to my son, restaurants and museums. Will stay there again if rates remain good.
