Atrocious experience from beginning to end. Literally had a rusty nasty now stab my foot from a clearly degraded carpet. Also had a failed HVAC unit that the technician simply kept resetting the breaker on, risking causing a fire instead of actually addressing the cause of why the breakers were tripping. Avoid this hellhole at all costs.
