I am always on the lookout for a quiet hotel with 2 separate beds to retreat to during NYC trips, which can be hard to find. The Even was terrific, and we will definitely return! On a quieter, mostly pedestrian street in Midtown East, minimal traffic noise. Nice lobby/bar/pantry area and outdoor deck where you can relax. Free welcome drink. Friendly staff, daily housekeeping. I appreciate the wellness focus with the yoga equipment- we were too tired to use it after very busy days in Manhattan, but I would have had I stayed longer. Just a short walk from Grand Central.

This is a gem of a "boutique" hotel. The manager is delightful and invested in providing excellent service and quality. The food in the hotel restaurant was really unusually good and the staff were polite, efficient, and friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! I will be returning.

The staff was great and attentive whenever we had any questions or concerns. It was great to have checked in and be gifted with drink coupons that we could use for either water or a drink at the bar! It really came in clutch when we needed something to drink.
