Free airport shuttle didn’t arrive. After an hour waiting outside in hurricane, I called and was treated like I was an annoyance. Driver showed up speeding and called me on the phone to hurry up. The hotel was in a scarey location (not what I would expect of a Hilton ). The staff were rude. The room was frightening and in need of a lot of repair. The noise level kept me awake all hours. I can’t believe I paid over $300 for that.

The bedspread was stained in several spots. The lobby needs to be updated, it looks shabby compared to other Fairfield Inn properties. Replace the lemonade with flavored water (lemon slices, cucumber slices, orange slices). The lemonade seems kind of tacky.

Fairfield Inn was very clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. After waiting a while for a shuttle at the airport I called the hotel and they immediately sent a shuttle to take me to the hotel. I really enjoyed my three day two night stay.

The airport transfer drivers were excellent and respectful. They were very customer service oriented. All the other staff members and guests service was average. We didn’t have a comfortable bed. Overall, it was expensive for what we are used to receive or expect from a Marriott hotel.

They need to state airport shuttle is onky for Laguardia not JFK. That was one of the main reasons we booked it cause of airport shuttle, but didnt not find out until package already booked. Girl doing breakfast buffet not very friendly.

Great location to airport and nice shuttle

It’s a little noisy and not in an area that has anywhere around to eat. BUT- it was fabulous to have a reasonably priced place to stay clos to LaGuardia with a FREE airport shuttle (that was ON TIME and driver was very nice), so I would stay here again!

I was ready to settle with the idea that this place is just a base to shower and sleep after a long day during my visit to New York, but I’m more than impressed that my room is very cozy and even homey on top of being clean. The AC was easy to figure out and adjust to my comfort and the bathroom water temperature is very responsive. The staff are very accommodating and efficient. Plus, this is a great location for someone who wants to venture out to try a variety of Asian cuisine since Flushing’s Chinatown is literally an 8-10 min drive from the hotel. Definitely coming back here with family to give them a taste of New York without being overwhelmed.

Overall, my stay wasn’t terrible, but I have stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns, and this one by far was the worst. It’s relatively small. The rooms are on the smaller side. You had to park on the street. Breakfast wasn’t good at all - just didn’t have much of a taste or food choices like other Fairfield Inns. Some of the ladies at the desk were very helpful and nice, but other ones, especially night shift, just seemed unprofessional and were geeking out and watching TikTok’s loudly in the lobby while making videos. The shuttle driver to the airport was very nice and sweet, but his driving was a little erratic at times and I was scared at times that he would wreck the vehicle. Positives: very close to the airport, quiet neighborhood and stay, and right across the street from the police academy and from the Q26 bus, which staff did help us figure out public transportation the night we arrived so that was very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Overall, an okay place to stay if you’re just there to sleep.

We had an early flight and the shuttle did not run 24 hours so we had to take an Uber. Room and bed was very comfortable. Person at desk was pleasant but not particularly friendly and made no effort to assist in getting a luggage cart or helping get luggage to room even though my Mom had mobility limitations making handling all the luggage difficult for me. The person was not unfriendly, just not super helpful.

Room was cramped, but that is typical for NYC. I loved the free parking. Hotel is directly across the street fron NYC Police Academy so prsumably safe. Breakfast options were good and romm and furniture were in good shape. Walls were a little thin and poor neighbof had a terrible cough, butI would definitely stay here again.

we did not use the airport shuttle due to the schedule not working with our flight cancellation and last minute booking - we would not have made it in time to the airport if we had to wait on the shuttle's schedule. The breakfast food was decent and the staff was attentive, but the space was so limited. The WORST part of our stay was how unclean the hotel and rooms were. The lobby has several leaks in the ceiling with buckets of dirty water in the pathway from reception to the elevator. When we got to the room, the temperature was extremely cold (thermostat read 62 degrees F). The duvets had black spots all over them on both beds, and there were black hairs under the duvets on the sheets. we requested a room change and showed the front desk photos of the issues. were given a new room, but again the sheets had hairs on them. We ended up spreading our own clothes over the pillows and and bed so we could catch some sleep. The bathroom was also not clean. There was urine on the back of the toilet seat and cover which we cleaned just so we could use it. Additionally, there was a black rim in the sink that you could see in the mirror reflection and finally, there was a lot of black in the bathtub grout/caulk. The towels were dingy looking but smelled clean.
