My Grandson had missing items taken out of his room, they told us the items where not taken and was unable yo recover them and said they had not been found. Did not offer any reimbursement or anything, plus our room key had been deactivated after the items where taken. They never offered any reimbursement. I have replaced the items

Breakfast staff were beyond courteous and very helpful and friendly. Elevators took a long time to get down from in the mornings. Location is perfect short walks to major sites and subways.

The hotel was in a good location, not far from Times Square and walkable to other locations. A hot breakfast was offered (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles) along with a variety of other options (cereal, oatmeal, yogurt), which is great for families. Please note the Expedia listing indicated that parking is on site. This is NOT accurate. Parking is offered by a third party garage two blocks away and there are no in and out privileges. When I spoke to the front desk about this, they said since I did not book directly with them, they cannot guarantee the information on the Expedia website. Parking on site was a key factor in deciding my choice of hotel, so I felt that I was misled by the Expedia listing. As a result I was inconvenienced since I did not have access to my vehicle.
