What a fantastic hotel! Great, beautiful lobby, friendly staff, amazing location, convenient parking next door, and room was fairly roomy for a city hotel. We will be back our next visit!

The hotel itself was nice, location was wonderful, everything in walking distance. Transportation was easy to get just by stepping outside. The Amtrak train station was a walk across the street, perfect for travelers traveling by Train. Nice hotel overall, the rooms are just a little too small for me but most downtown NY hotels has small rooms. Comfortable though.

Just about perfect!

Loved the location!! Perfect proximity to transit options and the lovely Chelsea area. Clean hotel, great service! The only thing that I didn’t love was the loud music playing in the bar every night. I love to wind down with a relatively quiet night-cap after a day in the city, so the loud music was a turn-off for me. But, others may like that vibe… to each their own.

When I booked my hotel it was supposed to have a couch in it and when I arrived they switched my room to one without and we didn’t have a fridge. And no one would ever answer the phone at the service desk

Not worth the price

Location is good, but the room called Deluxe is not luxe at all. No fridge, no alarm clock (not even on request), AC did not work and even after asking no one checked it. No suitcase stand, and no cleaning, making bed or clean towels. For avg. 350 USD before taxes and fees this is not worth the stay. I could have stayed for less just around the corner and pretty sure the room would have been nicer. Only great thing was the breakfast which is included in each room - lots of choices, warm and cold and great staff serving.
