Nice place, great location. Liked their decor/vibe and was spacious and better-priced for NYC. Main drawbacks were the street noise was loud, which isn’t always the case in a NYC hotel, and the water pressure was horrible and not very hot.

Fabulous stay! The staff was fantastic - super friendly and accessible. Loved the design, although the wooden walls in the bathroom don't lend themselves to easy cleaning. It's hard to get in the nooks and crannies of the ridges really well. I noticed that in a few other areas of the hotel as well. But overall loved our stay and would absolutely come again.

Excellent stay - location, service, quality and spaciousness was amazing. I’ve been making several trips to NY per year for the last 12 years, and this was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in here. Only very minor issue was that our room was cold in the evenings. We had a thermostat and turned the temp up to 73 for over 24 hrs, but it stayed chilly.
