This is my second stay here, and it won’t be the last. Just like last time I especially enjoyed the good water pressure and modern bathroom, and the fact they have washcloths for use, a real plus in my book. I also like their bed linens and pillows. Since I was in a room that faces the street right above the entrance I did occasionally get whiffs of cigarette and “other” smoke, but that’s just circumstantial geography and it didn’t bother me at all. There were a few scuffs and scrapes on the walls and around the AC that needed painting, but nothing structural. The place was clean and I made use of the mini-fridge, microwave and dishes. It was so nice to eat in that way, and it was all spotless. On my check-out day, I had a migraine forming and after speaking with the staff they let me stay an extra 2 hours which let my medication kick in so I could function. I was really grateful and the cleaning staff were so understanding and kind. The office even called me back later that day to make sure I was okay. Definitely booking again in a few weeks.

Terrible, couldn’t sleep due to all of the dope people were smoking inside. Got into vents, into all of our clothes & was hard to breathe. Don’t stay here unless you want to get high when you sleep.

I want to be fair and say that I didn’t even make it to the room. Seeing the outside was enough for me I was met with a bunch of those spotted lantern flies and they were all over. The area was also not inviting at all about 6 feet away from the highway and just not inviting at all. The check-in process was even more horrific. I had to wait for an email from the property to come, I wasn’t aware that this property did not have a front desk. The only communication would be through a phone number that they didn’t answer to all the time I tried to cancel the reservation and couldn’t. I tried to change it for a different date and they weren’t accommodating at all after waiting for the email to come in, I now had to go onto their system and plug in all of my personal information, including a picture of my ID and credit card number. I refuse to do that this online registration was so shady. I just didn’t trust it at all that coupled with what I saw at the property was enough I would not advise anybody to stay here.

I stayed in communication constantly with a representative upon arriving at this apartment/hotel like building, entering into my assigned room 310 3rd floor, I noticed many problems with the room. For instances, I noticed blood dripplets running along the wall behind the side of the right arm couch. A dirty, used crumbled up paper towel in the closet. The toilet seat was broken. There were molded stains on the bed frame. Light minor unrecognizable stains on the couch. I took pictures of everything I came across as an issue, brought it to front desk attention and emailed them, they emailed me back but never responded resolving the matter at hand, I asked to be accommodated, never got a reply going forward. A couple I ran into had trouble entering in their room, there is a numeric key code they give guest on certain floors as they explained, thise key codes are used to get in the building and should work also to enter is your assigned room given. It worked for the couple to get in the building, but not there room. They were forced to book and look for a hotel. On top of it all, when I called the "24 hour" hotline there was no dial tone. Horrible, I wouldn't recommend.

I rented 3 rooms. 1 room had no ac and was dirty and dingy. Another room smelled like weed as soon as we walked in and it smelled like that the whole time we were there. Fire alarm system in front lobby said that room had a disabled fire alarm, the hotel did not tell us. The last rooms toilet seat fell off almost immediately after arrival. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.
