The air conditioning wasn’t working as well as expected had to get a fan sent to the room. However a technician came to room, and that helped for about two hours! It was awful. We love staying at the Hyatt, but will be looking elsewhere. So disappointed!

Check in staff was unfriendly, gave zero information about the room. I had to ask where the elevators were instead of being directed or shown. At check in the was hair on the bathroom valance. Housekeeping came to clean but left the hair in the sink. So I was rinsed it down the drain.
