New manager is an inept
We got there an hour after our reservation started, they didn’t have the room ready, instead of apologizing they just gave lounge access with out explaining what that entails. They ask for my phone number and email so they could let me know when the room was ready. (Because they had a late check out from the elite members, witch is not my problem) After two hours of waiting I call the front desk from the lounge to find out if the room was ready. When I came down they said it’s been ready for while then I told the front desk why didn’t you guys let me know the room was ready? They didn’t have a good answer. At this point I was expecting some kind of remediation for making me wait two hours. I ask for the manager and the so call manager was even worst!!! She said either you take it or leave it. And when I asked her to have a reimbursement for the two hours I was waiting there she said that she wasn’t going to do anything for me (while right next to me the other front operator was given upgrades, with out anybody even asking for them) at this point 2 workers and a horrible Manager were there incapable to recognize they were in the wrong. I asked once again why wasn’t I called when the room was ready, and if I could have a reimbursement. They laughed on my face and the inept manager said No! And if you keep asking I will call security!! INCREDIBLE this is the most degrading treatment I’ve ever received specially when I know I am right. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate.
