Room was like an elevator shaft, only seating was a swivel stool, no desk, not well-cleaned. Another stay: room was better, elevator doors stuck with two guests inside along with an employee who did not address the guests and instead was giggling and speaking to someone in another language. The overall feel is unprofessional. The only advantage here is parking.

It was a lovely hotel! Very clean, friendly staff (they were very responsive- we got in very late our first night and asked for extra pillows in the morning and they brought them within 20 minutes.) The fact that there was free parking was the biggest draw though- it was also just super convenient to get to from the bridge.

The hotel really isn’t bad as you get what you pay for so don’t expect a 4 or 5 star hotel and then complain when it’s not. I had absolutely NO issues at all it was exactly as expected and the staff are friendly. The rooms are simple and to the point somewhere to sleep in NY at a price that won’t bankrupt you in the process. I will definitely book a stay again for a quick weekend trip for sure.

Everyone was very friendly

I went on a holiday solo had a lot of days out and a couple days stayed in the hotel room just relaxing watching TV. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, I would stay here again.

I had booked two nights, first night went by fine, but the next morning I asked about parking, and apparently they took that as I was checking out. When I came back that night, they didn't have my reservation. I had to call hotels.com support to get my room back. Except my room had been cleaned, and my stuff that was still inside was gone. I didn't have any of my spare clothes or toiletries for that night. The next morning I got some of my stuff back, but I was missing some shirts, my razor, and my retainer. I can only assume they were stolen. I'm lucky that I didn't leave any electronics or my car keys in my room, or the damage could have been much worse. I can't recommend you stay here.

THE HOTEL IS NOT THAT CLOSE TO THE SUBWAY ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT.BUSES STOP DIRECTLY IN FRONT AND ARE WORTH IT ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT OR IF ITS COLD.THE TV DID NOT WORK SO I GAVE THAT 4 STARS.OTHERWISE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE FOR 2 PEOPLE.GREAT VIEW OF THE CITY FROM A DISTANCE.LOTS OF FAST FOOD EATERIES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND SUPERMARJET DIRECTLY BEHIND.IF TV WERE FUNCTIONAL I WOULD RATE 5 STARS

Need to drive or ride the bus to go to downtown Flushing for more food. It is really close by bus but just a bit too far to walk and a bit too much hassle to drive. Noise control is limited by the building. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff on site.

Room bedsheets were unclean with sand particles and fallen hairs from previous stays or what not, chewing gum stuck on the window. Noticed young housekeeping boys are sitting and chatting on the bed of the guest rooms while cleaning process. House keeping boy was very untidy and not doing what he supposed to do it looks like. Simply Nasty Room to stay

Room was clean and confortable. My friend and I arrived earlier than check in, we had been on a 10 hour flight and just wanted to rest. The employee that was working was very accommodating and we got in a room right away. After being in the room a bit we put on the TV and it wasn't working. I talked to the same employee that offered to swith our room, no problem where TV service was working. We switched rooms. I was very satisified with the cleanness of the room and beds in both rooms were very confortable. I would stay here again, the employees here were wonderful.
