First room floor was wet under the carpet and had rank smell entire 2nd floor, was wet when you took your shoes off. Requested a room switch, front desk man was unfazed, asked no further details or apology but moved the room. Next room was okay, slightly run down and glitchy tv but comfortable. Charged 100 dollars for 30 minutes late checkout which has never happened at any other Hampton property, especially without a phone call or reminder. Would stay only at 100 price point, otherwise better deals elsewhere.

The inclusive breakfast was ok not great could have had more healthy options. Tiny space for all the people eating it got crowded. The "gym" is a joke. It's a stationary bike, treadmill and elliptical. Very small not even enough room to stretch and no weights

The rooms were pleasantly a nice size compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in the city. Good AC and a nice shower. I would definitely stay here again. The location is central and there are lots of options within walking distance. Free breakfast for all

Everything was very good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in the room needs some adjustment. It was either too cold or too warm and was very loud running.

I walked into room and my eyes were drawn to the snack table. Fritos, Doritos, and Cheetos were suddenly within an arms reach. I contacted the front desk and was informed they are complimentary! I’m not sure there’s a better thing than learning midnight drunk snacks are free.

Good stay, skip the water bottles (ha!)

The stay was good overall! The room was clean and in good condition, the bed was comfy and a true king size. The continental breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff were very helpful. There was a mini fridge in the room, and the shower was good. Did not love that we were charged for two water bottles that we did not drink, but the concierge eventually reversed the $6 charge. I would stay again, just ask them to remove the water bottles to avoid that charge.
