I cannot recommend this hotel. We booked it based on budget and the need for a room with two double beds and those are the only reasons I have awarded two stars. The staff (with the exception of one receptionist and Cesar on breakfast duty) were uninterested in their work and offered no elements of customer service. One day our keycards didn’t work and my sister was given replacements with no requirement to identify herself which is a security concern. There are only two, six person, lifts for a 32 floor hotel. The room and bathroom were a reasonable size for the budget and location, but the cleaning was inconsistent. We had a coffee maker but were only given replacement coffee one day in a week long stay. Towels were replaced in various combinations of amount and size. Breakfast was poor quality food. Everything was disposable with plastic wrapped plastic cutlery and paper plates. I would recommend searching for alternatives

We have just returned from a 5 night stay. Two adults and two children age 7 and 10. We had a great stay, the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the member of staff who makes the waffles every morning was so kind to my two boys. The rooms were good, we had two queen sized beds and it was more than enough for us. The room got cleaned and towels changed everyday. Location was fab, 5 min walk from Times Square and 3 minutes from the Port Authority Bus Terminal and subway. 2Bros pizza also around the corner which we enjoyed very much! Would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a great stay.

I stayed there for 3 nights and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The room was quite small with barely enough space to move around comfortably. It was difficult to sleep two adults on one double bed. The shower was even more cramped, making it difficult to bathe properly. One of the biggest issues was the elevator situation with only two lifts servicing 32 floors, it became almost impossible to get one during peak times like breakfast, resulting in long wait times and a lot of frustration. While the location of the hotel was excellent and convenient, the service left much to be desired. I had a particularly bad experience with the front desk. Around 4:30 pm, just as I was about to call an Uber to the airport, a front desk staff member offered to arrange a taxi for me, assuring it would cost no more than $60–65 with no extra fees. Trusting him as hotel staff, I accepted. However, upon arrival at the airport, the driver demanded over $80. When I questioned the price, he claimed he had no connection with the hotel staff. This incident felt like a clear scam, and it was very disappointing to see such behavior potentially involving hotel personnel. It’s unfortunate that this experience left me with a strong lesson: don’t trust unsolicited offers and always book through trusted apps like Uber. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service, space constraints, and what felt like a dishonest interaction with staff.

i have to say rhe location are really nice coz its walking distance in all amenities and tourist spot but the only minor issue is in this hotel is there service like if you request something to add on your room they wont do it. i request a extra garbage can in my room i told one of the receptionist that i need one. i keep on waiting but probably they forgot. and also i notice that everytime they clean my room and change some towels there not complete. they wont give me a face towels i have no floor mat. and they wont refill some hygine staff like soap and lotion. i dont know if thats there protocol. i dont know if they doing that in some certain people. not sure if some guest experience that too. but all in all it was a great experience.

Great place to stay!

I was hesitant about this hotel due to the lower rating it received on Hotels.com, but took a chance based on price and am so glad I did! It was a great place to stay. Very close to everything and much quieter than staying just a couple of blocks over.
