This property was good looking when I entered the lobby, this hotel needs some serious upgrades in the rooms. This hotel has issue with the water pressure and hot water. I spoke with the manager and they decline to offer any help in my matter. I would never never never stay here again!!!

We had a flight to catch at 10AM, so we choose to stay in Hampton Inn NY-JFK, it was in the middle of homes and the road was very narrow. We didnt had an issue to reach there, however when we reached we noticed that there are no fasyfood or restaurents with in 1 mile radius to this place, which was our first bummer. However we were able to get some food by exploring options after 1hr. Now, i will list pros and cons of this place, we experienced and noticed: Prod: - It is in between houses, so felt like safe. - Night staff was good and they were friendly. - As requested they gave the room in requested floor. - Room was looking good on first glance. - We were able to see JFK caro view through our room, it was good in the morning. - We reached at 8PM, so all the floor was quite no disturbance at all. Cons: - Early morning when we check water in bathroom, we noticed no hot water. - When we report it, they asked to leave open the tap, and it was running water for more than 30 mins, even then no luck of hot water. - When we report it, they said they will add some points back to my Hilton Honor ID, but nothing was added (hence giving this review). - Only one front desk staff was there in the morning. - Breakfast area was very small. - Very minimal options in breakfast. - No water fountain, to fill water bottles. These are few which we noticed in 12 hrs of our stay (8pm to 8AM).

There was absolutely no hot water. We were told they were having trouble with their boiler. My entire couldn’t shower before our trip. Air conditioner wouldn’t go below 84. Remote didn’t work. We were told we had to manually do it on the TV. Absolutely the worst stay we have ever had.

The staff were extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed just one night due to a layover. We didn't get to see much of the area as it was dark when we arrived and dark when we left in the morning. It did seem like parking would be a little hard to find, if you had your own vehicle.

First thing when I called for booking they told pick up available from both LGA and JFK, hence I booked this hotel and when I reached LGA airport, they mentioned shuttle available only from JFK. I paid extra $50 for taxi. Once I checked in the hotel, shower water is not coming and water pressure is very low. No hot water. Property is too old. When we checked with staff no positive response. No drinking water facility apart from breakfast time. Totally not satisfied with this trip.

Rooms needs maintenance. There was peeling paint due to moisture a d bathrooms not having exhaust fan. I reported it but they didn’t fix. The bed spreads and blankets were also worn out.
