I always stay here when I come to NY and this time I was a little disappointed. The room we were in was in desperate need of a little TLC. The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose. The bathroom faucet was also loose. It just seemed to me that for the price you pay for a room these days the room should be in good repair.

Given a handicap room without knowing and this is the second time that has happened to us at the same location, lack of towels in the room, receiving a text asking how was our check in and I respond “mediocre at best” and they respond, “that’s great to hear”, highway noise. We will not be staying there again. Cost does not reflect the stays of the room. Not impressed

The property itself was quite nice and well appointed with very up to date fixtures in the bathroom and room. The manager on duty, William, was exceptionally friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. He even gave us a little history of the property, telling us why the property had a “western horse” theme. There was no restaurant on premises but he was able to get a quick dinner delivered to our room from a local restaurant, 8 minutes before their kitchen closed. There was also a helpful security guard, Gary (??) who also provided a lot of info on the history of the location.

Very crowded when we were there. Getting to the breakfast passed the crowd of people was a bit challenging. And it wasn’t like the food they served was great, just usual fake eggs and uncooked sausage and bacon. The room was clean and spacious. But there was where and tear on the doors, floors, and walls.
