Everything in this hotel was spotless, comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and they really made my stay wonderful! And the little things, like offering free bottles of water each day, made it even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

This is my new favorite hotel of all time. Seriously! It’s funky and clean and beautiful and cozy! Right off the bat, we were greeted by some super-friendly front desk staff, which is always nice! The room was THE coolest, most-spacious room you could ever imagine. Who did the interior design!? Love love love! LOVE! The hotel is on the edge of an industrial area, and it’s a nice, short walk to beautiful, tree-lined residential areas, and lots of cool shops and eateries. Ok, back to the decor. Beautiful wood, high ceilings, ok wait I’m just gonna attach some pics. I’m coming back for a week, because these rooms are more like a small-but-seemingly-spacious apartment, minus a kitchen! Seriously people, wow!! Just wow!

The Staff was great (especially Jory and Martin) the room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the water and coffee in the room provided as a courtesy. The hotel is conveniently located near where my daughter lives in Brooklyn. I would not book through Expedia again - it was frustrating and not customer centric. I would book directly through the hotel next time.
