Parking was awful. The ipark garage that is affiliated with the hotel upcharged me it shouldn’t have been more than 75 and they charged me 100 for 24 hours and 46 mins.

I like the Heritage Hotel because it's close to places I like to go to and it's pretty quiet compared to some other hotels in the city. Staff is always friendly and helpful also.

Hôtel modeste mais confortable.

Héritage hôtel est un hôtel modeste mais très bien situé entre la 5eme et la 6eme avenue tout près de Broadway. Un quartier très vivant et agréable. La chambre 904 est spacieuse, propre mais très simple : un lit confortable et un élément en bois avec une petite penderie, tiroirs. Une vue dégagée sur l’Empire State Building. Elle donne sur la rue qui est relativement calme la nuit. Seul point négatif : une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain.

Lack luster at best

It was all right. Compared to other places in Manhattan, this plus was pretty cost efficient. However, the room is still tiny, and the walls are paper thin. If your looking for privacy, youll wont find it here. Your basically getting a bed inside a square box. Also for some reason the staff would stare at me with a weird look everytime i would enter the lobby or exit. Maybe its a new york thing? Either way, dont bother, if you can afford it, stay somewhere else. If not, stay outside of Manhattan and just come into the city to see anything. My experience wasnt horrible, but lack luster at best. Lets just say i stayed at a hotel on the beach, with a perfect view, and it was not only breathtaking, but way cheaper. Dont waste your money, unless you dont really care.

The front desk man on the first night was rude and insensible. He did not even allow me to wait at the small waiting area to wait for my room to be ready. However, when I came back there was a different lady who was very friendly and the waiting g area was full…and it was like 2 hrs before check in

Awful, awful, awful.

The worst. Stay anywhere else. The room they gave me looked nothing like the photos online at Hotels.com. It was cramped with no dresser or even a closet. The bathroom barely fit a shower. When I complained they refused to refund I ended up going to a different hotel. Stay away. It’s awful, they don’t care.

Older hotel. Painted the wall right outside our door and put a wet paint sign at a 6 ft persons eye level-Im 5ft. After placing my hand in it my husband saw it. Staff was wonderful and willing to give suggestion on anything we asked.
