The room was very clean. Staff were friendly. There is a Subway station close by. Breakfast is good. However it is relatively far from Manhattan and all spots we were going to see, long travel times. The area is not perfect regarding shopping or buildings.

The only issue with this hotel is that i wasnt imformed at all that i had to be 21 and up to check in. They allowed me to pay for the hotel but when i get there they say oh check in is 21 and up.

The room was clean and comfortable; Staff was nice and helpful. Noise from hall/doors slamming was a nuisance; not good for those needing to sleep-in. Did not like that the entire family must dine for breakfast @ same time and that I was informed of a time-limit in the dining area. Dining area was cramped and noisy from the food prep.

Really enjoyed our stay at Highbridge Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have maps to help with the area and subway. The breakfast is efficient and hardy! Small fridge in room. Beds were very comfy. And, really close to the MTA 4 subway line. Would recommend!

DO BETTER..

Waaaaaay overpriced for the size of room and lack of amenities. Refrigerator but no microwave. Had to pay another $30 a day to park in their parking lot!? Ridiculous! No pool or hot tub!? Breakfast was pathetic! The whole lauout and offerings..Meh. the only hood yhing were the individually wrapped bagels. Outside area of hotel was filthy! We saw rats running by! Do better....
