Great property and very friendly staff. Great location and always felt safe. The street in front of the hotel needs cleaning, trash in front of the hotel on the streets but that’s a city problem, not the hotels problem.

While the hotel is centrally located, and with clean rooms, the breakfast was a total disappointment. You can only choose 4 items including tea/coffee. For the amount we were paying, we'd expect a proper buffet breakfast.

I loved how close it was to everything. Was grateful they have a bag check to hold onto our bags before we check out. Loved the noon check out time. Needed a bathroom in the lobby to access and an ice water fill up station so guests can easily fill up after hot days out.

We stayed here in July with our 2 kids and had an enjoyable experience. Location is right in Times Square so finding parking is the hardest bit and all parking is very expensive. But otherwise the location is fantastic especially for a first time NYC trip and the hotel was clean with sound proof rooms and had all basic amenities.
