I was told to go and find another hotel at 1am in the morning as a woman. The hotel manager named Ms Joy who was investigating my case has since left the company. And no one at the company has bothered to get in touch. The service overall was horrible and tacky.

Once you’ve figure out the shuttle location, at the airport, you can expect a very busy front desk at the hotel. And, that’s why no one has answered your phone call concerning the wait time for the shuttle. There was only one person working the front desk, at very busy hotel.

The experience was fabulous! All employees were helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and nice! The only issue was the front lot...it was cluttered and clunky right at the door, I realize that space is a premium in NYC so that may be the case for that.
