The hotel is located in the noisiest part of New York City. It was a great location for broadway show but that was it. The room was adequate. The bathroom sink had no cold water after running tap for 6 minutes. The hotel has character but is packed with tourists who seem clued out to hotel etiquette. The blaring New York show-tunes in elevator and lobby was flat out annoying. Cleaning Staff were excellent but constantly having to show room key to security even though you had walked down to lower level 60 seconds earlier was a bit much.For a first time visit to city this was a learning experience. I will book a hotel uptown next visit.

Staff is super helpful and the hotel is in a great location. But be ready to have to navigate around Times Square. water ran cold a few nights but other than that, the rooms are clean and efficient.

Spacious room, very quiet and it’s right in the heart of Times Square. Grab n Go breakfast is a great option and included in price. Walking distance of everything in Times Square and close to subway. Very secure and would definitely stay again.

Great larger family hotel

Great adjoining family room option (2 bathrooms were great). Rooms were nice and clean and breakfast offer for $6 per person was fair for NYC prices. Only negative comment was that the street was very noisy from 3am onwards with construction and services noise.

Safety is a priority at the hotel, as room keys are checked before allowing access to the room elevators. Six high-speed elevators made getting between the rooms and the lobby a breeze. My room was pretty basic but clean and refreshed. Great hot water and big fluffy towels. Housekeeping comes every day without you having to ask. Loved having two restaurants, a bar, and a comedy club show right in the hotel. Location cannot be beat, extremely walkable to Times Square and the Broadway theaters. Also very close to the Big Bus Hop On Hop Off station, and to a CVS for the purchase of sundries. Great Art Deco details make it a beautiful hotel.
