My friend and stayed in this hotel for four nights , the receptionists should be more friendlier, the hotel house keeper were nice specially sylvia, and a asian lady ,on 18th floor ..breakfast was ok but very limited ..No waters in the rooms and every time we should ask for it ..overall was good , we stayed on higher floor , recommend that ..because of busy streets.

We weee a group of 3 and booked two queen beds for a week. We arrived and the room was so small nowhere to sit but the beds and washroom very small. We had stayed before and were told there was a renovation yet rooms on the outside were bigger. We were offered another room 1723 with a seating area but once we moved we noticed black mold in the shower area. We were also asked for $150/night more (originally$200) … since we were there for family events and a wedding we were stuck and paid it but very disappointed. I would expect cleaning staff to look for mold issues and deal with it. I showed a pic to front desk but no return of funds… maybe I’ll see something when the manager reads this. Otherwise great location and convenient.

This is a good hotel for the right place. The signature double queen room is really spacious but the bathroom is tiny. The internet was reliable and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. Clean room, good AC. Location is right off of Times Square. Really the only cons for us were the size of the bathroom and the fact there was no mini fridge in the room. We had leftovers from a restaurant that went to waste because we couldn't store them. Good hotel, if you can get it for the right price you won't be disappointed.

The air conditioner faces the bed and blows right across the bed. Terrible room configuration. For such a large room they need to move the bed so it’s not in front of the AC. We had to make a barrier with our suitcases and the robe so it wouldn’t blow directly on us in bed. No one at the front desk at night for anything. And no one answers phones in any department.
