The room had a broken balcony door which was quarter way open halfway. We called room-service to request an extra remote because ours wasn't working, didn't get the remote sadly. The janitors were very nice, and the room was fair, despite the condition- it was clean.

- [ ] At hotel check in, you basically sign a blank registration card and then get a solid white card with no hotel marking - a bit sketchy - [ ] Heat was set to 61 and couldn’t adjust- cold room - [ ] Walls were thin and you could hear people in the next room showering, people yelling, blasting music until 230am on Saturday am in the room next door, heard loud noises in the hallway and felt that we needed to put the chair against the front door and also block the shared room door to feel more safe - [ ] Bathroom main light didn’t work, only shower light - [ ] Holes in the bed sheet

Hotel room was grimy. Very poorly cleaned and hair on pillowcases during check in. Paper thin walls, could hear conversations in rooms on either side. Not in a great area.

The room was ok, they had to have two heaters in the room for it to feel normal. The door that leads to the terrace was broken so there was a draft in the room all night. The room had a bad stinch to it and to add an extra 4 hours, they'll charge you

The room was extremely cold, to the point of being unsafe. A small portable heater was provided but did not help. Cold air came in through the window all night. I had to borrow an additional heater from a friend, and it still wasn’t enough. The floor was dirty, and you could feel debris when walking in socks. The room phone didn’t work at all. For the price charged, this hotel is far below acceptable standards. Much better hotels are available nearby for less money. Would not stay again.
