Rooms were not cleaned consistently. In fact, we had to ask twice to get our rooms clean. The concierges lacked amiablity. Actually, they showed no signs of willing to greet people to the hotel. It’s a shame, because we liked the hotel.

The room was tiny and very noisy. We were on the ground floor and near an ice maker. There was not any sound proofing from the door to the room or the walls. We could hear our neighbor snoring. Unfortunately there any better choices in this area.

Pros: Location great, ambiance of the room great, local eateries and street food FABULOUS! Thanks for parking on/near property too. Cons: Rooms not so spacious but space was utilized fairly. Cleaning products used left the smell of marijuana in the room.

Continental breakfast was limited but adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with several questions and requests. The location in Chinatown was not described by Expedia when making the reservation. But if Chinese restaurants are your favorite there are so many to choose from a short distance from the hotel.

Hey! It's New York City. Hotels are expensive and rooms are small. Our room was clean and small. Bed was nothing to brag about. Staff was, for the most part helpful. When I checked out, not once did she make eye contact.
