Thank you for upgrading my room upon arrival. The hotel is absolutely amazing. Very clean and even though the hotel is located on two of the busiest avenues in Midtown Manhattan, the hotel is built so well resulting in an incredibly quiet experience culminating in us having an amazing night sleep. I booked two nights and then added a third. When I checked in, the receptionist said I would have to change rooms after the first night which they had assured me I would not have to do when I added the extra night. Then bill was wrong at checkout and the attendant was irritated that I questioned it finally conceding I was right. Very unprofessional.

I stay here each time I come to NY. Its location is the biggest draw. I had an issue after midnight kids running and screaming - but they handled it swiftly and allowed me to go back to sleep. Staff is friendly and kind - hotel is well appointed and clean.
