Great rooms. Okay lobby. Restaurant/bar looked nice but when we went for a drink despite it being empty they wouldn't accomodate us because the tables were all reserved. Really weird and off-putting. There is also a very noisy construction site with obnoxious 24x7 way too bright lights right behind the hotel that was annoyingly noisy.

Thank you for a great stay

We had a great experience at the hotel. It was comfortable and close to our favourite places. The drainage in the bathroom sink was a little slow, but that’s all that we found that could use improvement. Staff were great.

Construction noise

This lovely hotel was located in Times Square, and although it was generally pretty quiet, there is construction happening adjacent to the hotel...right outside my window, beginning at 7 am. There are other rooms, facing a different direction, and I would suggest booking one of those. Otherwise, the hotel staff was very nice, accommodating, and the bed was comfy !

Very nice spacious, and clean right in the middle of everything. Subway a block away and very nice breakfast diner a few steps away. Room was very spacious compared to so many other hotels, I wish there was room service!
