The entire building smelled great and was very clean, which was impressive considering all the snow outside and in the parking lot. Even the stairwells were spotless. The room was perfect for the few hours of rest I needed between shifts, and both the room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. However, when I lowered the temperature because the heat fan was running on high, the room became extremely cold—despite only lowering it from 85 to 75 degrees. I quickly understood why it had been set so high when I arrived. Also worth noting: the parking lot still had a significant amount of snow from Sunday through Thursday morning.

They did great attending to us as we arrived early morning and they let us leave our luggage arriving early and also late to not haul around. Room was not cleaned as we stayed 5 nights but I did request items and a bags and a broom and they always were available. Walls are really thin that 2 nights in a row we had someone blasting music that sound like it was in our room directly couldn’t sleep at all but I called front desk to complain and they dealt with it. Smells constantly like weed in the floors and we did non smoking but still strong and steeps into your room. The deli on the corner called griffin was bomb and the family was always so welcoming and helped us out a lot and very attentive when asking questions. Neighborhood is quite just don’t walk around at night in random areas and you will be good.
