Very clean room, comfortable beds, soft/warm bedding. Shower was wonderful - great water pressure and great shower head - also very clean. Disposable slippers in the room. Standard room w/2 queens was spacious. Walls could be better insulated, but that is pretty much everywhere you go. Not the best neighborhood, but it is inner-city. If you're staying in Queens - this is your best option. There is a delicious restaurant on the main floor, and parking is included. Check in was super easy as was checking out.

My partner and I booked a room for a weekend Friday to Sunday. Upon arrival we had an unsatisfactory check in process with the man at the front desk. We were given a room on the 4th floor and as usual we inspect everything before settling down. In the inspections we found stains around the toilet, a brown-reddish stain on the bed sheet, and a used tissue box. My partner and I immediately went back to front desk and asked for a room change. The same guy at front desk gave us the room next door; The new room was still not up to par. We inspected everything and while unraveling the bathroom towels what look like a needle cap dropped onto the floor. Overall, the rooms did not meet up to my partner and I expectations. Would not recommend.
