We had not been to the Bowery for decades, and expected a revamped area.But Moxy was an oasis location. We enjoyed ourselves much , and do appreciate the good service and hospitality, as well as the atmosphere of the hotel.

This was our first time in NYC and such a good place to stay. We got free breakfast every morning, $30 credit each evening for drinks and we even booked the rooftop upstairs for our birthday celebrations. Such good value (especially as a guest from London) and it ticked every box. It’s right by Little Italy so for anybody landing from London or somewhere far, it was ideally located for dinner on the first night after that long flight, as well as throughout the rest of the week to walk to various tourist spots or via the subway! Thanks for making our first experience in NYC magical x

Cute.. but small

It was a nice property on the border of a sketchy area, but close to little Italy. The room was just micro mini and the shower was like part of the room and not separate so that was kind of bizarre. There was little privacy.

This is a beautiful and unique hotel and we had a great stay here. Positives: lobby area had games and a variety of seating options; beautiful and sexy decor; helpful and friendly staff; great location with tons of dining options within a few blocks. Negatives: Rooms are TIGHT. Would be comfortable for 2 people, but was a very tight fit for a family of 4. Anyone with mobility issues should definitely ask for an accessible room in order to have more space to move around.

Great value. $30 destination fee per night but can use as credit towards cafe and drinks within hotel. Complimentary breakfast were juice and good coffee and fruits but muffins were very sweet. The hotel has a nice lobby with good amount of seating but very dimly lit. Black elevators and hallways.

Concept and location were really great. Overall the staff were helpful, just needed the rooms to offer a little more. Beds had dirt and some staining on the sheets which was a little eeek to see upon first arriving.

Had a great stay! The hotel is in an incredible location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are quite small, so traveling with friends might be tricky—especially with the minimal privacy in the bathroom and shower setup. But overall, a great spot if you're looking for convenience and a lively atmosphere

Great!

Overall I loved my stay at the moxy lower east side and would stay again. The first night the air condition in our room when out and the front desk was nice enough to send someone to try to fix it. However after that we still had issues with it so the front desk was able to move our room and give us a king suite. They were quick to solve our issue and very nice. The TV did cut in and out but besides that everything was perfect. The hotel is close to some great food and boba places. It is about a 25 minute drive away from time square. I would definitely recommend staying here!
