Clean and quiet. Easy check and a security guard on site. It was too hot in my bunk. Asked to turn down the thermostat but noone came by. Me and my roommates were sweating in bed. I could not sleep because of the warmth. I would still recommend NAP York.

The property made an assumption that I stay in hostels on a regular. This was my first time and directions weren’t very clear upon arrival. I called and inquired about storing my bag beforehand and they told me there was a place to store. They assumed I would bring a lock or that I would purchase one from their vending machine. The shower pressure is ver poor. The microwave was filthy and should have microwave food covers. I was on the top bunk and it was a challenge to get up and down They provided 1 towel to dry off with Overall pay the extra money and go to hotel, this was a last resort and I would NEVER do this again.
