Found hotel setting inconvenient! Hotel has two different sets of elevators that are always full, one for the lobby and then another for the actual rooms. The bed was extremely low and not in good condition. The pillows were not comfortable either. I did not enjoy my stay personally. We did have a great view from the city though!

The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel was fair by usual standards, good by NYC hotel standards. The location is very convenient if you are taking meetings in Midtown or if you're looking to hit tourist hotspots. Centrally located to a number of NYC tourist zones.

Perfect location in Midtown Manhattan! Our room had incredible views of Times Square. The hotel’s daily breakfast buffet was great, and it offered nice views of Times Square. We’ll be back!

Fantastic hotel with really friendly staff right on time square. The breakfast was fantastic every morning and the views were to die for. Just could not fault this place at all. Even when we had a small issue at the end of our stay which was nothing to do with the hotel, the staff were quick to do anything they could to help. Just fantastic.
