The staff is always incredible! Helena, at the front desk continually provides exceptional customer care. They are all quick to respond to needs, make adjustments, as well as have us in a room early. Which was SO wonderful after a red eye flight! I continually stay here for so many reasons, the location, ease of it all and the staff. Thank you for being exceptional!

Cloud One provided an inviting and comfortable sanctuary in the heart of the City. It is nestled just a few blocks away from the iconic World Trade Center, it’s surrounded by a vibrant array of restaurants and bars that are perfect for exploring. If you prefer to stay in, the hotel boasts a stylish bar where you can unwind and savor crafted cocktails, as well as a charming diner on the main floor offering delicious meals. The soft, ambient lighting in the rooms enhances the tranquil atmosphere, ensuring a restful retreat during our stay. I recommend this hotel for a weekend stay in the City.

Stayed overnight to go out for my husband’s birthday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was accessible by many subways which was nice too even though we ended up taking cabs mostly. They also offer recommendations for things to do which helped.

Great place to stay

The check-in process was quick and the staff was very professional and friendly. The room was very clean with all the amenities needed. The only thing is, if you require conditioner for your hair, you will need to bring your own. The bed was very comfortable.
