The staff was universally friendly and helpful. We were not only allowed to check in early, but received a room upgrade, all without any prompting. The location is exceptional. We were attending an event at Radio City which was a three minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but who cares. They were nice, clean and had all the necessary accessories. For me, a hotel room has to have two things: a good shower and comfortable bed. Radio City Apartments excelled at both.

We stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was a really good value as the location is right there in the theater district. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to New York.
