We walked in after a 9 hour flight and almost 2 hours in a customs line hoping to relax and eat a light meal. As we entered the lobby, a not very good band was blaring, causing my daughter to cry it was so damn loud. When we checked in, the clerk didn’t understand we had two rooms, so we had to swipe our card twice, causing our card to be declined and a fraud alert. Then the light meal we wanted was not going to happen; only a $35 pp buffet meal available that night. So no, not a great experience. Never mind it took FOREVER to get hot water in the shower.

Convenient for jfk

An immaculate room with fridge and coffee machine which are important when travelling night time and early morning. The staff were helpful and polite. The bar and restaurant very good. The shuttle to jfk a vital reason to stay.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However, both rooms we booked were very noisy as windows are single payne and near very busy highways. So we heard traffic noise ALL night. Thus unable to sleep.

Beware of park & fly & airport transport

Great hotel close to the airport however do not rely on their free so-called transportation as it’s always way overbooked overcrowded and I purchased our own Uber to get back to the airport on time to catch our flights prepare for that. Also, if you’re doing one of their packages to park at this hotel, do not rely on that as in just a half hour I witnessed three people denied. They’re very expensive for packages to park here.!!!! And the staff seem very distant and passed the buck on the separate business parking situation.. I would think twice about ever coming here if you’re on a stay and park flight & fly situation!

The property is perfect and located very conveniently. The valet service however was awful. If you have a car it may be best to look elsewhere. I actually liked the valet guy, the problem was he didn’t have much help and vehicles were backed up not only in the driveway, not only to the gate but also outside the property and down the street. He asked everyone to be patient with him but he was clearly overwhelmed. I also waited atleast 15 minutes at the dront desk at the restaurant before even being greeted, seemed like only one waitress was on duty also. They were incredibly understaffed

The hotel contracts with a valet service for parking. After waiting half an hour in a line for parking, one of us went inside to check why the wait was so long. The clerk explained about the valet service, and suggested we park at the airport and take the shuttle back to the hotel!
